BLANCO, TEXAS     (Cheri)

I'm catching up with a post about a trip Mark and I took with his dad when in Texas.  Here's the two of them:

(No one has ever questioned Mark's paternity!)

I browsed through an antiques store, where I saw these very Texas-specific items on sale:

(Think about this one for just a moment.)

I also got a laugh out of  this while in the shop:

My personal goal for going to Blanco was to re-visit the fabric, which we had seen the year before.  It is inside the historic city theater:

Of course I liked this fabric:

This picture went out to our family text string, with a "not for Mom" message:

Birds were not her thing.

Mark and his father toured the museum in the former county courthouse, but the pictures are not to be found, so none of us will be able to see them.

I was looking forward to your blog.
That photo of Mark and his dad is a keeper! Such resemblance!

Those old signs are fun!

Thank you for sharing.
Love,
Marian

Really love those boots....Mark could have kicked some ass in PT if he had worn those to work!
